Most Parkinson's care happens in twenty minutes, months apart.
A great deal changes in between: medication response, tremor, balance, sleep, and more. By the next visit, some of it is hard to remember, and some of it has already become a problem. Coralum bridges that gap: continuous monitoring, personalized care plans, and real data our care team can act on.

Changes get noticed in days, not months.
Your check-ins are compared with your own baseline, and your care plan is updated when they show it should be.

Everyone stays in the loop.

We work with Medicare and Medicare Advantage. If you have other insurance, tell us and we'll let you know your options.
Join the waitlist. We'll tell you when Coralum is available.
Questions people ask before they join.
Joining the waitlist
What happens after I join the waitlist?
We email you when Coralum opens in your state. You are not committing to anything. When it opens, setting up takes about ten minutes.
Is Coralum available where I live?
We're opening state by state. Joining the waitlist is how we know where to go next.
What do I need at home?
A phone or tablet, and an internet connection. No device to wear, nothing to install in your home. If you already use a wearable device, we can use that data too if you'd like. We can walk through the details at your first consultation.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. There's no contract and no penalty for leaving.
Your neurologist and cost
Do I have to leave my current doctor?
No. Coralum works between your neurologist's appointments, not instead of them. Before each visit, your neurologist receives a summary of what changed.
What if I don't have a neurologist?
You don't need one. Coralum's care team can support you directly, whether or not you have a neurologist, movement disorder specialist, or primary care doctor. If you do have one, we keep them informed.
What does it cost?
We work with Medicare and Medicare Advantage. If you have other insurance, tell us and we'll let you know your options.
Your care
Who's on your Coralum care team?
Nurse practitioners, neurologists, primary care doctors, registered nurses, and care coordinators who specialize in Parkinson's. A clinician reviews your check-ins and makes every decision about your care.
What support do I receive, and how often?
Check-ins are based on your needs and a personalized care plan, quick and frequent, a few minutes on your phone or tablet. Your care team reviews these year-round, not only before your next appointment, and reaches out if something needs attention.
Can I reach out if I have a question or concern?
Yes. You can message our care team any time, and a clinician will get back to you. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services right away.
What if my symptoms get worse quickly?
Your check-ins are reviewed continuously, not just at your next appointment. If something changes, our care team will reach out to discuss treatment options.
The app, your family, your information
What is the purpose of the AI?
Coralum clinical teams are supported by an AI companion. The companion proactively checks in with you, monitors for changes, answers questions, and creates a diary that logs your individual journey with Parkinson's Disease. This way you don't have to keep repeating the same story over and over. Our clinical team reviews your interactions with the AI companion and then connects with you directly to discuss any treatment recommendations, not the AI companion.
I have a tremor. Can I use it?
Coralum was designed for it. Every button is large, nothing depends on a precise tap, and a check-in can be paused and finished later. Someone helping you can complete a check-in with you.
Can a family member or caregiver set this up for me?
Yes, if you ask them to. They can also set up their own account and ask for access to your profile. You decide what they can see, and you can change it at any time. If you have given someone legal authority for your medical decisions, they can set it up for you.
Who can see my information?
You, the care team looking after you, and anyone you choose to share it with. Coralum is a HIPAA covered entity. Your information is not sold, and it is not used by other companies to train their models.
